Buying and Delivery Conditions

  • All goods sold via the Cell City on line store are to be paid for in full prior to delivery.
  • Prices on the Cell City on line store may vary from those within the physical Cell City stores from time to time dependent on promotions that run from time to time.
  • All prices indicated inclusive of VAT at 12%.
  • Free delivery for orders above P1,000.00.
  • If order is below P1,000.00, client is to pay the delivery fee or arrange for collection. 
  • Payments can be done via EFT, Online card or going forward with Orange Money.

Delivery

  • Delivery to the address as indicated at the time of purchase will be done via courier within 24 to 48 hours in and around Gaborone and within 72 hours outside of Gaborone.
  • A Cell City representative will contact the client to arrange for the delivery. The courier will then attempt to do the delivery to the client. If for whatever reason the client is not available to receive the purchased goods at the time of the delivery arranged, the courier will return the goods to the closest Cell City store. The client will then be able to collect their goods from that Cell City store.

OBF – Out of Box Failure

  • If, within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods ordered from the Cell City online store, the goods malfunction, it may be deemed as an Out of Box Failure. In such a case the client can take the device along with the original packaging and all accessories to any Cell City store or to either of the Old Lobatse or Francistown repair centres. A Cell City representative will evaluate the device. If it is in fact an OBF we will swop out the device for a new one.  

Warranty Repairs

  • Samsung, Huawei and Hisense cellphones and tablets are covered by a 2 year Warranty, all other brands of cellphones and tablets are covered by a 12 month Warranty.
  • Should the client experience any problems with the functionality of their cellphone or tablet purchased from the Cell City online store they should it to any Cell City Store or one of the two Cell City repair centre (Gaborone or Francistown). A representative will book the device in for repairs. Once the Warranty repair is complete the client will be contacted to collect the repaired device.

Please note that none of the Warranties cover water damage or physical/cracked screen damage. In such cases the client will be issued with a quote to do the repairs.
